  • All prints are made to order, and payment must be completed at checkout.

  • Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or an unauthorised transaction is suspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

  • If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins. After production begins, we cannot make changes.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Aqua Visions Photography. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.

  • Purchasing a print does not grant ownership rights over the image; it remains the property of Aqua Visions Photography and/or the original photographer.

  • We do not store payment details; all transactions are securely processed via third-party payment providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We do our best to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, colours, and images, but we do not guarantee that your device’s screen will display colours exactly as printed.
