Shipping & Delivery

Every print is made to order in Australia. Estimated timeframes from order placement:

NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT / SA (Metro): 1.5–3 weeks standard · 1 week express
NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT / SA (Regional): 2–3 weeks standard · 2 weeks express
WA / NT / TAS: 3–4 weeks standard · 3 weeks express
Sydney pickup (Roselands NSW): 1–2 weeks standard · 2–3 business days express

Lead times include both production and transit. Public holidays may affect timeframes. If you have a specific deadline, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Yes — express production and delivery is available at checkout for most locations across Australia. Simply select the express option when placing your order.

Express shipping is not available to some remote locations where express courier services aren't faster or are excessively priced. If you have a tight deadline or need a custom quote, contact us and we'll find a solution.

Yes. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking number to become active.

Yes, we deliver Australia-wide including PO boxes and parcel lockers. Simply enter your full delivery address at checkout. If you have special delivery requirements, add a note to your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

By default, all deliveries are set to Authority to Leave — meaning the courier may leave your order at the door if deemed safe. If you'd prefer a signature to be required, select Signature Required at checkout. Please note that theft or missing items are only covered if Signature Required was selected.

Yes, as long as your order is still in production we can update your delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated address and we'll take care of it.

We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is not available for framed prints. If you're based overseas and interested in an unframed print, contact us at hello@aquavisionsphotography.com and we'll see what we can arrange.

Larger orders are sometimes shipped in multiple parcels which can occasionally arrive separately. If your items haven't arrived within 2 business days of each other, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it immediately.

Print & Product Information

All prints are produced on professional Ilford Luster Semi-Gloss paper — the same archival standard used by galleries and professional photographers worldwide. Prints are produced using an Epson P20070 with Epson UltraChrome Pro inks, with full colour calibration on every run.

Framed editions feature UV-resistant glazing and acid-free backing to protect against fading and deterioration over time.

Prints are available in four sizes:
A4 (18.2 x 24.3cm) — Small
A3 (33.2 x 44.3cm) — Medium
A2 (46 x 61.4cm) — Large
A1 (63.2 x 84.3cm) — Statement

Yes. Every print is available unframed or framed in your choice of black, white or natural timber. Framed editions arrive gallery-ready with UV-resistant glazing and acid-free backing, hand-assembled in Australia. Simply select your preference on the product page.

Yes. Selected prints in the collection are limited to 50 editions only and will not be reprinted once sold out. Limited edition prints are clearly marked on each product page. Open edition prints have no quantity limit and will remain available indefinitely.

Very close. The images on our website come directly from the same high-resolution files used for printing. The only variance is that screens display colour using light (RGB) while prints use ink (CMYK), which can result in very subtle tonal differences. In practice the difference is minimal — our prints are colour calibrated on every run to ensure accuracy.

Framed prints arrive with hanging hardware included — simply locate a wall stud or use an appropriate wall anchor and hang. For unframed prints, we recommend visiting a local framer for professional mounting, or displaying in a clip frame or floating frame available from most homewares stores.

We offer a curated range of standard sizes, but if you need something specific for a particular wall space or installation, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate. A0 large format is always available on request.

Orders & Returns

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement immediately — no questions asked.

Because every print is made to order, changes and cancellations are only possible while your order is still in the production queue. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do everything we can to help. Once production has begun we're unable to make changes or process cancellations.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our prints, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it without hesitation — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

A confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as your order is placed. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at hello@aquavisionsphotography.com with your name and we'll confirm your order and resend.

Our prints make a beautiful gift. If you'd like a personalised gift message included with your order, add a note at checkout and we'll take care of it. By default, no pricing or invoice information is included with the physical order — so your gift arrives just as it should.
