Every Aqua Visions print is made to order, ensuring the highest quality and care go into every piece. Below are the estimated production and shipping times for your order:

  • Lead times include both production and transit times.
  • Public holidays and holiday closure periods may affect production times.
  • While we aim to meet the estimated timeframes, these are guides only, and we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.
  • All prints are custom-made to order, and some pieces may take longer to produce than others. If you have a tight deadline, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • You’ll receive a tracking notification once your order has been completed and shipped.
  • Deliveries typically take place Monday to Friday, between 9 AM - 5 PM. If you require special delivery arrangements, let us know.
  • By placing an order, you authoriSE your parcel to be left at your door unless you select "Signature Required" at checkout.
  • Any damage during transit is covered under warranty. However, theft or missing items are only covered if "Signature Required" was selected.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return or exchange my print?

All prints are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we'll make it right immediately. For any quality concerns outside of damage, we offer store credit at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We colour calibrate every print to ensure accuracy. Screens display colour using light (RGB) while prints use ink (CMYK), which can result in very subtle tonal differences. In practice the difference is minimal — if you have a significant concern, contact us with photos and we'll assess it personally.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order is still in the production queue we'll do everything we can to help. Once production has begun we're unable to process cancellations.

I made a mistake in my order — can I change it?

Contact us immediately with your order number and updated details. As long as production hasn't started we can make changes. Once it's in production we're unable to make adjustments.
